What Our Customers Say

J&S Transportation Auto Transport Reviews

Delivery was outstanding! Much better than when I shipped my vehicle to Virginia with another car shipper. That \"door to door\" service had me driving to Boise for pick up and meet at an IHOP to pick it up. This you guys delivered the vehicle to my door! And it was twice as fast as I anticipated. Thanks so much!

Nate S, Montana

Everything went great. The driver was very knowledgeable and courteous!

Heidi L, Illinois

I am absolutely 110% happy with the service J&S Transportation provided me with the shipping of my antique truck. I tried two other companies that were an absolute nightmare to deal. I can\'t thank you enough for this entire experience. If there is anyone out there looking for a trustworthy, experienced, professional vehicle transport company, you have found it! I will never use any other company again except for J&S Transportation!

Tim M, Montana

You guys were amazing! Thank you for being so helpful towards me and my cousin. We really did appreciate all of the help. The driver was also very kind, understanding, and communicative. Same for your dispatcher, who kept me updated along the way as well. The whole experience was incredible and I’m very satisfied!

Illinois Auto Transport

The vast majority of the Illinois auto transports we do is in northeast Illinois, specifically the Chicago metro area. “Chicagoland” has a population of around 9.5 million people and has two major trucking corridors that serve the area in the northwest and north (I-90 and I-94), and two trucking corridors in the southwest and south (I-55 and I-57). Given the area’s massive population and numerous interstates serving it, it is an ideal location for car carriers.

A few other car shipping locations in Illinois that aren’t too bad include Rockford in the north, and Peoria and Bloomington in the center of the state.

The most challenging areas to ship a car to or from in Illinois are those areas south of I-70, essentially the southern section of the state. Car carriers aren’t regularly traveling to southern Illinois because the towns and cities there don’t have large populations. Car carriers typically go to high population areas served by interstates. While there are certainly interstates serving southern Illinois, there aren’t a lot of highly populated cities.

Whether you live the Chicago metro area or the small town of Marion, IL in far southern Illinois, or anywhere in between, we can handle your auto transport. As a door-to-door auto transporter, we ship cars to and from any location in Illinois. Montana Auto Transport

Shipping cars in and out of Montana is challenging for a couple reasons. First, take a look at the landscape of the state. The east side of the state is comprised of the Great Plains with sparsely populated towns and cities. Heading west from the Great Plains you run into the Rocky Mountains, and then you have the Cabinet Mountains and the Bitterroot Range in the west. Second, consider Montana’s weather. It has some of the harshest and longest winters in the country. You combine Montana’s challenging landscape and its weather, and you can understand why shipping cars to and from the state isn’t exactly a walk in the park.

The best car shipping locations in Montana are along the I-90 corridor from Billings to Bozeman, but most of the other cities along I-90, even up to Missoula aren't bad.

Other solid car shipping locations include those along I-15 from Helena down to the I-15 and I-90 junction.

Finally, those locations along I-94 from Billings to the North Dakota border are decent car shipping locations. This is a 250-mile trucking corridor that is heavily traveled by car carriers so locations along it such as Miles City and Glendive are all good locations to ship cars to or from.

The challenging car shipping locations in Montana are those locations 50 miles or more north or south of I-90 and I-94. The further away you get from those interstates, the more challenging the car shipments will be, meaning they will cost more money and will take more time to complete.

Other challenging car shipping locations in the state include those locations north of Helena and south of Dillon on I-15.

We are strategically based in Billings, MT. The two major trucking corridors in the state join and divide here, I-90 and I-94, so it is an ideal hub for car shipments to and from Montana. For the convenience of our customers, we provide free secured terminal shipping in Billings for pick ups and drop offs if needed.

As a Montana auto transport company with over 20 years of experience handling the unique challenges of shipping vehicles in and out of Montana, and with strong relationships with car carriers and rollback companies throughout the state, there isn't an auto transport we can't handle! Whether you are shipping to or from a remote location like Glasgow or Shelby, or a relatively easy location like Billings, we can get your vehicle shipped quickly and safely.
