As for the more challenging car shipping locations in Virginia, you'll want to avoid the southern half of the state. Southern Virginia is "no man's land" for car carriers with so many rural areas with low population and few interstates. Other challenging locations are those along the eastern shores of the Chesapeake Bay and those locations on the Delmarva Peninsula.
