Mazda Miata shipped from Woodland Hills to San Rafael in 36 hours

Carl Bovel of San Rafael, CA, needed a car delivery service to ship his new Miata up the California coast. When an issue arose with his credit card, what impressed him was J&S’s willingness to work with him to resolve the problem and how quickly his vehicle was delivered.

I was utterly amazed at how quickly I received it. They picked the vehicle up in the morning one day and I had it the following day by 10:30 at night.

“I bought a 2006 Mazda Miata MX5 and needed it shipped to me in San Rafael, CA, from Woodland Hills, CA, which is a little bit north of Los Angeles,” said Carl. “All in all it went very well.”

“Much hinged upon the seller; he worked nights as a nurse and was moving east to join his wife. I gave him J&S’s email address and telephone number so that if problems arose he could contact you from his end as to when the car would be available, so you had to do a bit of juggling with him as to the time of pickup of the car.”

“I have to admit once the car was picked up I was utterly amazed at how quickly I received it. They picked the vehicle up in the morning one day and I had it the following day by 10:30 at night. He called and asked if it would be okay to deliver at that time of night. It was within 3/4 of a mile from my house at a parking lot for shopping centers that were closed down for the night. I must have been first on the list because when I the truck was loaded with cars and they had to take off two before they could get mine off the truck. It went very well.”

“It was very good working with J&S. The truck driver was quite good. I gave him the address of the marketplace so he could enter that into the GPS destination, and he found they found the site for transferring the car very readily with no problem.”

“What impressed me was the timeliness of J&S’s service and the communication. I had no problem at all. I didn’t have to call them very often; they called me and asked various questions and clarified the issues. Everything worked out well.”

“There was a little problem, but that was not J&S’s fault and it was resolved very, very quickly. There was suspicious usage on the first credit card I gave J&S to charge the initial fee, which wasn’t the full charge. Anyway, I had to cancel that credit card and get a new credit card. I called J&S and gave them the new information. They said the balance of the bill will be charged to the new card when I picked up the car because the old one has been cancelled. That went very smoothly.”

I would recommend J&S, no problem.

“I was very happy with the service. J&S’s prices are very good, the people were polite, they gave me information when I wanted it, your driver called me at an adequate time for me to give him directions on how to get to my place and he came earlier then I had expected. I would certainly recommend you guys to anybody who’d ask me.”
