Bonnie Jean Triplett needed her 1967 Ford Mustang transported from Missoula, MT, to her home in Colorado. She trusted J&S to get the job done. “Melissa and Joe did fine. There ended up being a location change for pick up of the motor vehicle. They worked through the change and managed to pick-up the 1967 Mustang at a personal residence in a small town. It took several contacts with the previous owner to get the car released the car to J&S . Finally, it was done. The driver noted the condition of the Mustang car at the time it was picked up in Montana, and noted the condition of the car at the time it arrived in Colorado.” “One of the actions which I really appreciated was, as per my request, Joe e-mailed to the attorney in Missoula, MT, the condition report and the photos of the car at the time it was picked up in Montana. When I asked Joe to send the information directly from his e-mail address to attorney’s e-mail address in Missoula, MT, he did it promptly.” “That specialized service is so noted.” Bonnie Jean Triplett
Our customers talk about their J&S Transportation auto shipping experiences.
Michael L of Chicago acquired a 2016 BMW 340i by taking over the lease for and needed to get it transported from Bozeman, MT, to his home. Since the vehicle is a high-end sports car and nearly new, Michael asked we ship it in an enclosed trailer. How did we do? Let Michael tell you: “THE BEST!!! I shopped around and was terrified of the reviews and horror stories from other shipping companies.” “Joe and his team were awesome! I gave them what I thought was a tough assignment shipping a high end car in an enclosed trailer from Bozeman, MT to Chicago, IL. The communication from order, pickup, to delivery was perfect. I was even out of the country when the car arrived at my father-in-laws house. The car arrived in perfect condition.” “I will never use any other company besides J&S again. THE BEST!!! Thank you!!!” Michael L.

“J&S Transportation did an excellent job. They shipped our car, a 2016 Honda CR-V, from Bigfork, Montana, to , Trenton, New Jersey. The pickup and delivery drivers were courteous and clear about arrivals for pick up and drop off. All contact personnel were precise in what to expect for pickup and they kept us updated and informed during the entire process including letting us know the location of the truck along the route. I would definitely use them again for a car transport!” Camille Rainiero
“I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you and your staff for the superb service I received when shipping my 2013 Ford Expedition from Hometown Toyota in Ontario, OR, to Albuquerque, NM. While I didn’t have the opportunity to work directly with your drivers, I would like to point out the great job that Roadmaster Towing of Miami, FL, did, getting it from Salt Lake to Albuquerque. They were very professional and kept me up to date on the delivery schedule. Due to a mechanical issue with the vehicle delivered before mine (NOT with their truck), they didn’t arrive until after dark, which of course had me concerned about unseen damage at delivery. The driver assured me that I could report any damage the following day once I had a chance to see it in daylight, which was a welcome relief. Fortunately, there wasn’t any damage, but their exceptional customer service and willingness to do that was something I have never experienced in prior auto transport transactions, all of which were very painful. Thank you again for making this shipment happen, and please express my thanks to Roadmaster, as well. I will certainly call you when I have a future vehicle shipment, and based in my experiences, I hope you will continue to subcontract work to Roadmaster.” Greg Goodman.

Ship your car with J&S if your ride is important to you!”–Erskine Sanchez.
Jack Wade buys vehicles all the time, but has been reluctant to have them shipped by car transport companies. Recently, Jack bought his dream car, a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle, from a seller in Uniontown, PA, and needed to get to his home in Missoula, MT. He had researched auto transport companies in the past and remembered J&S from his previous research. “This was my dream car, but I couldn’t afford it at first. I spent seven years studying this particular model, this particular year. And when I finally made the decision to buy it was a culmination of a long time coming,” says Jack. “I didn’t want to drive a restored 1967 car 2,100 miles when it’s only been driven 150 miles in the last seven years. It just didn’t seem like the right way to treat it. So I needed to get it from the seller in Uniontown, PA, to my home in Missoula, MT.” “I’ve researched vehicle moving a lot and there are a lot of horror stories online. I’ve avoided using a shipping company in the past, but I chose you guys because you have your own fleet and you’re not just a broker.” “I have not had a bad experience myself, but when you’re researching online, it’s quite a big business, and there’s no shortage of reviews and bad stories to the point where I’ve been reluctant to do it in the past. I’ve ridden a bus from Montana to Eugene, OR, to pick up a… Read more »
Will Gillespie is a classic car guy and he knows the auto transport industry. He’s shipped a lot of cars over the years and has a less than favorable opinion of auto transport brokers. He recently moved from Everett, WA, To Ozark, MO, and needed to get his 1964 Chevy Impala shipped to his new home. At first he thought he’d be better off transporting it himself, but he decided to try shipping a car one more time. This time, he wanted a transporter, not a broker. He found J&S. Our customer service did the rest. “I moved from Washington to Missouri. I’ve had the car for a couple years and I needed it shipped, because I moved.” “I’ve shipped cars before and had a few horror stories working with brokers and all that. I’m a classic car guy and I’ve shipped three or four vehicles over the course of 10 years, but my experience was so bad that I wasn’t going to do it anymore. I was just going to haul my own stuff.” “About four years ago I had a driver show up. He had my ‘60 Impala on his truck, and he said he’d be happy to unload it if I gave him $250. Well, I’m a big guy. I’m 6’4″, 300 pounds, tattooed arms. I can be a little intimidating. I’m nice enough; I’m a big teddy bear, but when people try and charge me for my car that’s already been paid for, yeah, I got… Read more »
