“I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you and your staff for the superb service I received when shipping my 2013 Ford Expedition from Hometown Toyota in Ontario, OR, to Albuquerque, NM.
While I didn’t have the opportunity to work directly with your drivers, I would like to point out the great job that Roadmaster Towing of Miami, FL, did, getting it from Salt Lake to Albuquerque. They were very professional and kept me up to date on the delivery schedule.
Due to a mechanical issue with the vehicle delivered before mine (NOT with their truck), they didn’t arrive until after dark, which of course had me concerned about unseen damage at delivery. The driver assured me that I could report any damage the following day once I had a chance to see it in daylight, which was a welcome relief.
Fortunately, there wasn’t any damage, but their exceptional customer service and willingness to do that was something I have never experienced in prior auto transport transactions, all of which were very painful.
Thank you again for making this shipment happen, and please express my thanks to Roadmaster, as well. I will certainly call you when I have a future vehicle shipment, and based in my experiences, I hope you will continue to subcontract work to Roadmaster.”
