Roseanne Combs had to move her car from Portland, OR, to Enterprise, AL, quickly. She searched out auto transport companies on the web which led her to J&S. After shopping around, she found our honest communication and customer service to more than she expected. But let her tell you:
“I was in the middle of a big move and upheaval in my life and had to get my car, a 1990 Porsche 964, on a truck to me from Portland OR, to Enterprise, AL, within five days or lose it,” says Roseanne. “I’m normally really good on computers but I was totally freaked out so my mom helped me Google a couple auto shipping companies. “
“The first one said they could deliver my car for a significantly cheaper price than J&S but I did some research and read some customer reviews of their service and they were not good. They didn’t pick up cars when they said they would and they didn’t deliver when they said they would. So I decided to give J&S a call.”
“I called J&S and spoke to the dispatch office. They helped walk me through the order process. I was really stressed out because of the things going on in my life so they helped walk me through the whole process. J&S stayed on the phone with me for like 10 to 15 minutes and explained the entire procedure and what they was able to do and what they weren’t able to do. They said they couldn’t guarantee pick up or delivery by a specific date but they would do their best. “
“This was on a Monday and I was leaving by Friday. J&S jumped through hoops to get my car on a truck by Wednesday. They then called me every 3 or 4 days to give me updates on where my car was and what was going on with the transport. J&S went above and beyond my expectations.I didn’t have to call them; they called me to let me know what was going on with my car. I was thoroughly impressed by J&S’s commitment to keeping me informed. And they delivered my car much earlier than the estimated delivery date. I think it only took about two weeks.”
“My overall experience with J&S was fantastic. What I liked best was how the J&S crew kept me informed every step of the way. The made this an easy and stress free experience. Their communication, honesty and customer service was more than I expected.”
I would totally recommend J&S to anyone looking to ship a car in the future, and if I ever, ever, ever need to transport a car again I will definitely use J&S. They under committed and over performed.
