“I bought a 2005 Chevy SSR and needed to get it to me in Meridian, ID, from Puyallup, WA. I had called several other companies, but when he told me ‘I’ve used J&S and I wouldn’t use anybody else,’ I took his advice and called Gary. Adam said that you guys were pretty professional and knew your stuff and I totally agree with him.”
“I thought shipping with J&S went great. They kept me informed as to what was going on with the transport. I liked that as opposed to me calling and saying, ‘OK, what’s going on, when are you guys picking up the car, when are you guys getting here, when are you going to do this or that.’ They kept me informed, they kept me up to date.”
“J&S originally estimated delivery by Monday, but they actually got it in two days early, which was, I thought, pretty cool.”
“Gary called and said, ‘We’re picking up the car today. As a matter of fact, I got a guy picking up the car right now. Expect him to be there to you by tomorrow afternoon anywhere between 4:00 and 6:00 if everything goes well.’”
“Well, they hit it right on .The driver called me up earlier Saturday and said he was going to be there at 6:00. He was actually early, but the timing was perfect because by the time he pulled my car off the trailer it was about two minutes till 6:00. So he hit it right on the button when he said to be there at 6:00. I thought that was pretty cool.”
I would totally recommend J&S and use them again. The simple fact is that I like to be informed as to what’s going on, especially when you make a purchase like this. You want to know what’s going on. I don’t make a lot of purchases like this, over the phone, and I’d been eyeing one of these vehicles for quite a while and J&S made everything just great for me.
