Haylee Stanton needed a car shipped from Billings, MT, to Olney, MD, and based on a family friend’s recommendation decided to go with J&S. She found the process to be easy, the customer service to be excellent and the result to be better than she expected. But let her tell you:
“My dad recently bought a new Volvo 4WD, so I bought his 2006 Volvo S60 and needed it shipped from Montana to Maryland. A family friend told me about J&S. I checked out there website, got a reasonable quote and that’s why I ended up using them to transport the car,” says Haylee.

My husband got transferred from Louisiana to Germany so we had to ship our car there and then shipped a car back to the US when we got reassigned here to Maryland a few years later. “What really impressed me was how quickly they got my car to me. From the time I called to and booked the transport to the time they picked up the car was very quick. And the time that it took to get the car from Billings, MT to the time it showed up out here on the east coast, was way shorter than I thought. It was shipped it on the 20th, and it got here yesterday, which was the 28th.”
“I was really impressed with the staff at J&S. They were just very nice and very knowledgeable, and they kept on it. They called me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. They were good about that.”
“I called and set things up and if I had a question, they would call me back. Then, when the car was picked up J&S called and said, “OK. It’s coming.” J&S let us know where it was while it was being shipped, and then they called the day it was dropped off to let us know when it was going to be delivered.”
“J&S made it very easy on me. They explained everything. It was very upfront. They told me ‘This is what’s going to happen. This is what we need to do and this is what you need to do.’ The two different people I talked to were very knowledgeable about exactly what was going to happen, and they were both really good about explaining everything to me. They called me and let me know what was going on every step of the way.”
“I would us J&S again if I need to ship a car, and I’d recommend them to anyone who was looking to move a car. It was easy from start to finish. The whole process was very painless.”
