Sam Watson of Kalispell, MT, needed a vehicle at college. His folks found J&S and used us to transport their 2009 Honda Civic to their son at Carleton College in Northfield, MN.
“I’m going to school at Carleton College in Northfield, MN, and I needed a vehicle so my folks sent me the family vehicle, a 2009 Honda Civic. My folks shipped it to me where I’m going to school because I didn’t have time to drive it.”
“My dad took care of all the arrangements for me, so I didn’t actually speak to the J&S dispatchers; my folks did. J&S picked it up from the house in Kalispell, MT, and I got it here in Northfield, MN, in a little over a week.
Everything went well. The car was in good condition. The driver was very professional, and I was very happy with it.
“The driver was the person I had the most interaction with. My parents asked him to give me plenty of advance notification before he got here because I don’t have a car on campus, so it’s difficult for me to get places, and that’s exactly what he did. He called me in the morning and let me know that he would be here in a few hours. I gave him a meeting place close by, a nearby gas station, which was very convenient for me because it was just about a 10-minute walk away. He arrived there on time and unloaded the car for me, and that was that.”
“I would recommend J&S and use them again if I need to ship a car. Like I said, we didn’t have any hiccups. Everyone I talked to was very helpful, so I see no reason to switch.”
