Matthew Wetherbee previously shipped a vehicle with J&S so when he needed to ship his 2002 Lexus SC convertible from Palm Springs, CA, to Portland, OR, he booked with us again. Despite a hiccup in the transport process, J&S’s customer service and straight-forward communication made his car hauling experience a successful and positive one.
“I heard about J&S a couple of years ago,” says Matthew. “I bought a mini-van from South Coast Toyota, and we had it brought up to Portland, OR, from Costa Mesa, CA. This time, we had this little Lexus that was up here in Oregon that we drove down at our Palm Springs house a couple of years ago , and we needed to bring it back up here, so we called you guys.”
“This time around wasn’t as smooth as the first time. There was a little disconnect on the pickup end of things. I contacted J&S, and said, “Hey! The driver no-showed today; what are we going to do?” Gary was excellent. He got back to me right away, and resolved the situation. We had a limited time window and we had to leave, so we left the keys with our neighbor. That was the only little bit of frustration, not having the driver to show up on time.”
“During the transport Gary called me to let me know what was going on with our car. He told me it was going to be in Boise for a day or two, and then get re-routed here to Portland, and that was nice to know, instead not hearing anything.”
What I really liked about working with J&S was Gary’s follow-up and communication. Keeping me informed regarding what was going on.
“Also, the Internet-booking process was good. Your website is excellent. I really like what you guys have done as far as testimonials, and having the founder’s message there with his cell-phone number and everything. I think that’s really good. As a consumer, that gave me confidence, that I could call the guy if I wanted to.”
I would recommend J&S because you guys communicate very well and kept me informed about the process.
