Brokers often have a stable of companies under their umbrella to whom they will farm your auto transport order. If a problem comes up with the transport of your vehicle, it is on you to deal with the company the broker has assigned your transport to. If the broker is diligent and vets the transporters, there usually isn’t a problem.

The other type of vehicle transport services you’ll commonly find are transporters. These are auto hauling companies with their own fleet of trucks. There are many advantages to using an auto hauler, but probably the main one is communication and personal contact with the company from beginning to end of the transport of your vehicle.
When you book your transport order with a transporter, you talk to the same company throughout. The carrier will be the people you speak to from the beginning and who will take your car from point A to point B. You will have direct contact with the people you’ve entrusted with your vehicle. If there is a problem with pickup, you know who to call.
