Bob Stange recently bought a 2011 Nissan Altima in Kalispell, MT, and needed to get it transported down to Osceola, MO. While searching for car haulers, he was inundated with quotes from a slew of companies. After reading reviews of our service, he decided to give J&S his business.
“I bought a car, a 2011 Nissan Altima, from someone in Kalispell, MT, and needed to get it to my home in Missouri, so I got online and searched for auto transporters,” Said Bob.
“I ended up choosing J&S because, well, they were in Montana, so I thought that was probably best. They weren’t the lowest in price by far, I had a lot lower prices, but they were in Montana. I looked them up on transport sites and read some comments, and they seemed to be pretty good. I also read the customer comments on J&S’s site, too.”
“There were so many other companies that responded and sent me quotes and bids, and it was getting hard to sort through all of it. I just needed something that would be timely and easy, and I thought someone local would be easier to deal with. I went with J&S because it was convenient and there were too many other companies out there I didn’t know anything about.”
Once I decided on J&S, it was fine. I never had a problem with them. I felt their communication was very professional and clear. There was not a lot of chitchat, just, ‘Here’s what we can do.’ It was very professional and businesslike.
“J&S were very accommodating as well. I didn’t want the car delivered right away. I wasn’t going to be back home for a bit and I wanted them to wait to deliver it until I got down here and got settled in a little bit. They called me and said they could pick it up, they’d store it for me, and when I was ready and got down here they’d ship my car. That’s what they said they’d do and that’s what they did. They were willing to work with my schedule, which I really liked.”
“I would definitely recommend J&S. I had gotten lower quotes, but aside from that, yeah, I would say good things about them. I was very happy with everything, so, yeah, I’m pleased.”
“The car came down in good condition. The driver who picked it up in Kalispell was accommodating, and the fellow who delivered it down here was very nice. Everything was very transparent and very professional. That’s what I was looking for, and that’s what I got.”
